The European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) exists to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
We are a pan-European Council that consists of representatives from several national EMCC's plus direct members in countries where a local EMCC does not yet exist.
EMCC communicates with members and non-members primarily using e-mail, please ensure that you have allowed all e-mail addresses ending with"@emccouncil.org" to get through your firewall and not be diverted to your spam or junk box. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this please contact EMCC.Administrator(at)emccouncil.org

Annual Conferences
The annual conference brings together researchers, scheme co-ordinators and practitioners of mentoring & coaching from across Europe.
It provides a central focus which has increased in popularity since the first conference was held in 1992.
New insights and developments in mentoring & coaching are continually evolving and the annual conference acts as a show case of these developments as well as a forum for sharing current best practice.
